I live in a township called Bandar Sri Damansara. Most of you right now must be thinking to yourselves "what do I care". Well then now I am going to try to educate you on the significance of Bandar Sri Damansara.
Well for starters Bandar Sri Damansara covers a whopping 1,417 acres of freehold estate land. This is so big that it has actually been broken up to 3 different sectors, Sector A ( The premier residential area ), Sector B ( The mixed industrial and residential area ) and the upcoming sector C ( mostly low cost housing area ).
Ok enough of boring facts for now. Another thing worth noting about Bandar
Sri Damansara is location,location,location. It is situated strategically at
the junction of Jalan Sungai Buloh and Jalan Damansara. The Lebuhraya
Damansara Puchong (LDP) is also situated at the side of Bandar Sri Damansara.
This makes Bandar Sri Damansara a highly accessible area from and to anywhere
in Kuala Lumpur. The 2 entrances and exits help to ensure a smooth traffic
flow. The only problem is that Bandar Sri Damansara people have to spend a
lot on toll since we cannot get virtually anywhere without using a highway.
Bandar Sri Damansara is also a very safe neighbourhood. There is a Police Hut build in the middle of Sri Damansara which is constantly manned by 3 policeman to ensure the safety of the residents. Other than that there is also a night watch by the Bandar Sri Damansara Residents Association. Statistics also show that Bandar Sri Damansara has one of the lowest crime rates in the Kepong area.
Truth be told the word Bandar in Bandar Sri Damansara is quite misleading.
The whole place is filled with trees and other greenery. In fact Bandar Sri
Damansara looks more
like kampung kind of area actually. There are many
parks and jogging tracks here in Sri Damansara for health concious people
to make full use of.Sri Damansara Sdn Bhd the developer of Bandar Sri
Damansara has invested a large sum of money towards the landscaping of Bandar
Sri Damansara in line of the theme "Home in harmony and nature".
Well finally but not last there is also the majestic Bandar Sri Damansara Masjid Al-Muhajirin and also the Bandar Sri Damansara Club. There are also a lot of food stalls around place so need to worry about looking for food anytime of the day. Well overall Bandar Sri Damansara is a nice place to live if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. So why don't you just come down over for a drive and have a look around the place. Who knows I might even bring you for a tour if you're a young pretty girl ;) .
